Stefán Ivannov's Wand of Binding

The wand of binding belonging to Stefán Ivannov is made of amber. It has been shaped to resemble strands of rope interlocked around a skeletal hand with an index finger pointing out. The owner of the wand suffers nightmares whereupon they are buried alive and leave behind goals unfulfilled.
