The Crying of Trees

The Crying of Trees is a two-round adventure set in Sithicus that starts in the town of Valier. The party hunts an elven vampire cursed for having killed and impersonated an elven maiden's fiance, then killing her when she found out. She became a banshee and he became a disformed pitiful looking vampire who drains vitality from people and the forest around him, turning its victims into twisted, deformed versions of themselves. The PCs hunt the vampire through the forest, encounter a good treant who helps them, and eventually kill the vampire, which frees the banshee and starts restoring the forest to its natural aspect.[1]
