Along with Mr. Kantall, Mr. Gar was a scoundrel hired by the master thief Master Currin Klein de l’Ombre obtain the most valued possession that belonged to Lord Theone, though neither Mr. Gar nor Mr. Kantall knows exactly what that is. Mr. Gar and Mr. Kantall pretended to be the partners of Master Currin, who was known as an expert merchant and collector of magical and esoteric antiquities. Despite the group's use of such a ruse, Mr. Gar tends to favor brutish and horribly methods in completing goals.
