Wayston is an isolated village surrounded by the Mists of Ravenloft and the Blackbriar Woods. Said woods seems to have a malign intelligence about it, for it has been claiming the lives of Wayston's citizens over the past week since the theft of the Mourning Lantern from the Wayshrine. Few seldom openly die by violence but instead merely go missing in the night[3].
