Prince Luciano

Prince Luciano is the ruler and darklord of an intrigued-filled city-state where it is taboo to be seen in public without wearing a mask. Luciano is a Master of Masks (see the Complete Scoundrel for details). Luciano has collected a vast assortment of magical masks to aid him in his mysterious efforts, though he is cursed to never remember his first and true identity. Luciano's domain is modeled after Venice.
