Levi Geary is the head recruiter for the Bearers of the Endless Torch. He spends considerable time in the District of the Dispossessed, talking with refugees whose homes have been destroyed by Banemaw. He finds such refugees to be fertile tinder for the teachings of the Endless Torch.[1]
