Oddar's Tarn

Oddar's Tarn is one of the Sinner Stones found across Nidala. It is said to be the burial place of an ogre which terrorized the nearby hamlet of Oneire. It is still said to the haunted by will o'wisps and ferocious black dogs.[1] There are even rumors that time itself skews within the bounds of the Tarn.[2]
