Griffin (Red Widow)

Griffin is a red widow from the Divided States. She is first encountered in Quoth the Raven Issue 32 in the story "A Darkness Falls", traveling with members of the Society of the Wandering Eye. The fact that she bears the Society's floral tattoo squarely on the back of her left hand suggests she is a member of the Lotus Society. She boasts powerful spellcasting abilities, and has demonstrated that she is a crack shot with a sniper rifle.

Recently, Griffin has made an enemy of the Dark One, Darklord of the domain she inhabits. Given how large the Divided States are, she stands a decent chance of evading capture and retribution for a considerable time, but the Dark One has already demonstrated a willingness to close the borders to prevent her from escaping outright.
