Vraylok Pall Ibington

Pall Ibington[1] was a governor of Hazlan, which is to say that he was one of [[Hazlik | Hazlik's] satraps. Governor Ibington arranged for Professor Abelhous Nicholsihi to inspect the remains of an illithid in 743 BC. He is described as remaining a patron of the professor in 751 BC, which implies that he was still alive as of that date and probably still a governor. Nothing more is known of him.
