Amir
From Mistipedia
Amir is from a harsh desert land where he lost his right hand as punishment for theft. Emil Bollenbach replaced it with the slender hand of a woman in return for her agreeing to help kidnap Dr. Rudolph van Richten. His partners in this crime were Magee, Pasquale, Tamara, Allandra and Jody. Amir speaks in a whispher when he speaks at all.
