Vlad Drakov II is the oldest son and heir of Vlad Drakov.

Kara's Daughters Campaign

The Kingfuhrer's oldest son, widely known to have inherited his father's tastes for violence and chauvenism, but sorely lacking in discipline. The citizens called him Kleinenkulk, or "Little Boots" as a child, a nickname that has stuck to this day, though he prefers simply "Kulk" to distinguish himself from his father. The heir apparent of Falkovnia has disappointed his father so many times that it is widely believed that the Kingfuhrer will choose another to rule after he has passed on. The question may yet be moot, as Kulk is now reaching old age, while his father's slowed aging makes it hard to say who will die first.

Perhaps the most infamous of Kulk's failures is his loss of land captured during the most recent invasion of Darkon, a campaign now called the "March of Doom." Unlike in previous years, the dead did not rise to defend Darkon with Azalin absent, and Falkovnian forces went almost as far up the cost as Martira Bay. Kulk's forces turned the halfling village of Rivalis into their base of operations, and Kulk set about using the enslaved villagers for sport. When freedom fighters evacuated the entire village under his nose in a single night, Kulk was forced to return to Falkovnia in utter shame and bewilderment. The March of Doom collapsed shortly thereafter, but for him it was already over: his father assigned him to oversee a distant mining camp, and has barely spoken with him since.

Vlad II led the massacre of the Sisters of Grace hospice eight years ago, where he met sixteen-year-old Enid Olanschet on her way home to the hospice. She was spared execution, but he demanded she share his tent for the night. Enid now serves as Kara's personal aide, and cares for her eight-year-old son Wulfgang Olanschet, the spitting image of his father.
