Twisting

The Twisting denotes the effects caused reality wrinkle of Isolde. Those who remain near her for too long are warped physically. Their bodies shift to evoke their inner personality. The change is not permanent, but it takes much longer to reverse than the time that it has been in effect. Isolde keeps The Twisting in check by force of will. By ceasing this effort and letting the full fury of her wrinkle loose, she can create Abominations. Isolde deems it just that one's appearance speaks to one's nature. Professor Pacali has studied the Twisting and learnt too late that its effects are reversible. He guards jealously this knowledge.
