Chief Constable Francine Maxwell

Francine Maxwell was named Acting Chief Constable) of the City Guard of Paridon in the middle of the the 14th murder cycle of Bloody Jack in 755 BC. She replaced Chief Constable Wortle who nearly snapped under the weight of the event. She appreciated the difficulty of the job was eager for assistance from outside the guard.
