Create Magical Beast is a spellcasting feat for the forging together of two or more animals, vermin, or magical beasts in the creation of a single magical beast blending their abilities. The terms of the feat stipulate that for "pure hubris and perversion" the spellcaster courts the attention of the Dark Powers.
