Dr. Zuvich

Dr. Zuvich is an alienist who works at the Asylum of Port-a-Lucine in Dementlieu. He is a sceptic who recognises a combination of fairly tales and delusional madness in the stories that some of his patients tell him of undead creatures, dragonboats, and their like.
