The School of Medicine of the University of Il Aluk was headed by Professor Robert Knox until he was murdered in 697 BC. Up until this point, and very probably after it, the school was a buyer of cadavers stolen from the graveyards of Il Aluk by the city's plethora of resurrectionists.^[3]
