Bialystok

Bialystok is a metropolis in Russian occupied and annexed Poland with a population of nearly 60,000 at the end Victorian era (1900). Rabbi Joshua Fiedorow opened a portal that he might secure daemonic aid in the defense of the city against lycanthropes. The abandonned Choroszcz Sanitarium near Bialystok hosts the planar gate and the outsider guardian.
