Winifred Ratcliff is a distant cousin of Alfred Timothy, his wife, and a werewolf. She was born in 706 BC to Richard Ratcliff and Virginia Dilisnya. Her grandfather was Richtor Dilisnya, not a werewolf, and Ester Timothy, a werewolf and grandaunt of Timothy.
