Winifred Ratcliff is the second cousin of Alfred Timothy, his wife, and a werewolf. She was born in 706 BC to Richard Ratcliff, probably not a werewolf, and Virginia Dilisnya, a werewolf. Her brother and litter mate was Michael Ratcliff. Her grandfather was Richtor Dilisnya, not a werewolf, and Esther Timothy, a werewolf and great aunt of Timothy.
