Black Iron Shield

The Black Iron Shield is a hilly lowland in south western Hazlan where all the soil has been entirely eroded away, exposing bedrock which is often rust red for it is rich in iron. The Black Iron shield is lies north of the Misty Border, east of the forests of Kartakass, south of the Musarde River and the Gigantsmark, and west of Skraplans. The Black Spire is found at the frontier between the Black Iron Shield and the Misty Border.
