Rodskoven

The Rodskoven ("the Redwood") is one of the three great forests of Kartakass. It is separated from the Ulvskoven ("the Wolfwood") to its north and west by the Kilovan River. In fact, it is cradled by the Kilovan River to the north and the Musarde River to the south. It climbs towards the east where it meets the Hazlani Beni Gigantsmark. The Rodskoven is peppered with small box canyons into which wolves and especially wolfweres are prone to drive their prey. The forest is inhabited by loggers and hermits. Logging camps can be found here and there and well-secured log cabins can be found on hilltops. There are rumors that invite the hypothesis that an Order of the Guardians conceals itself in the Rodskoven.
