http://www.gryphonhill.com/invidia/npcs.html says it's spelled "Regess." So do many, many posts at the FoS boards. My copy of Evil Eye is currently AWOL, so someone please check this. If "Regess" is a typo, it's a pervasive one.DeepShadow 03:30, 17 December 2011 (MST)
