Watch Master Hoelgar Amutsson

Hoelgar Amutsson is an aged, bitter outlander who after twenty years of seeking a way home wandered into Darkon and lost his memory of his former life. He is not a particulary effective master of the Harbor Watch and both the City Constabulary and the Kargat want him replaced. Still, the crime rate has fallen and he enjoys the support of the Mayor of Martira Bay. He will kill anyone who slights his honour by attempting to bride him, but he doesn't care if his men accept bribres.
