Eleni of Toyalis (NPC)

Eleni of Toyalis is a Rashemani woman who is Hazlik's apprentice and his closest confidante. She reside in Ramulai in Hazlan. Unlike almost all Rashemani, she wears elaborate tattoos in the Mulani style.

Statistics for Eleni appear in the Who's Doomed section of Gazetteer 1.

Zaglaive is her hawk familiar.

Eleni is known to have sent Perseyus Lathenna a pamphlet describing some unusual battle magic, indicating that she may have been aware that the gnomish mage was aiding the Weathermay-Foxgrove twins in the writing of Van Richten's Arsenal.
