Levis Andreyev is a doll maker who lives Levkarest. He reported suspicious activities of Madame Elsa to Most Reverend Taliesin after he discovered Elsa's trapping of Madame Ivanov's soul into a doll and the fiends intentions of putting the soul of Levis' daughter Liza Andreyev into a doll. He went missing a number of years ago; Dr. van Richten believes he might have been murdered. However, Liza still resides in Levkarest.[1]
