The man known only as The Engineer lives in his creation, the clock-tower Goldfinger, in Karina. Hi is a very old master craftsman and wizard, rumored to be creating a clockwork golem. He uses spectacles and an ear-horn.
The Engineer is said to be able to provide knowledge on any matter asked of him.[1]
