The Citadel

The Citadel was the former administrative center of Baron Bakholis, however since his demise, it is now the guardhouse of Karina. Manfred Taige was Chief Steward to Bakholis. He was killed in the fire at The Citadel and now haunts the guardhouse as a ghost.[1]
